                           Week 6 - July 6th through July 10th
                           Week 7 - July 13th through July 17th
                           Week 8 - July 20th through July 24th
                           Week 9 - July 27th through July 31st
                           Week 10 - August 3rd through August 7th

HOURS

Camp Day: 9:30am to 3:30pm
Before Care: 8:00am to 9:30am
After Care: 3:30pm to 6:00pm

You can enroll for single days or the full week. You may also enroll in optional Before Care and After Care add-ons for any day(s).

PRICING

Camp Day - $80 per day with advance registration
Before Care - $15.00 per day with advance registration, $20.00 per hour rounded to the nearest half-hour for drop-in
After Care - $25.00 per day with advance registration, $20.00 per hour rounded to the nearest half-hour for drop-in

ACTIVITIES

Dance, drama, arts & crafts, games and activities for ages 4 to 12 year olds.

MEMBER DISCOUNTS

Your family may be eligible for free camp days based on you membership points balance. Please contact us with the camp day(s) you would like to redeem for points BEFORE registering for camp so that we may verify your eligibility. Once you have verification from us, enroll your child in the agreed Camp sesison and the discount will be applied automatically. NOTE: If you cancel your membership before your camp enrollment begins, your discount will be void and we will notify you of the balance due.

VOLUME DISCOUNTS

Spring Camp Volume Discounts:

- Enroll in all 6 days of Spring Camp 2026 and receive 1 day free. The discount will be applied after enrollment.  Offer expires 4/2/26.

Summer Camp Volume Discounts:

- Enroll in any 5 full weeks of Summer Camp 2026 and receive a credit for all of Spring Camp 2026. Credit will be applied to the family's account after enrollment and may only be used for Spring Camp 2026. Offer expires 4/2/26.

- Enroll in 10 full weeks of Summer Camp 2026 and receive 2 weeks for free.  The discount will be applied after enrollment.  Offer expires 5/31/26.

Camp days must be purchased together in order to receive a volume discount.  Volume Discounts may not be combined with Point, Member or Sibling Discounts.

SIBLING DISCOUNTS

10% sibling discount are available when you register a second or third child for the same Camp enrollment. This discount applies to 2nd and subsequent children who are registered at the same time. Sibling discounts cannot be combined with Volume Discounts or Member Discounts.

Important Information

Fun with a purpose!

Give your child the best experience for winter, spring break, or summer, with our fun-filled, activity-packed camp. Flexible scheduling. Come for a day or for the whole break!

Camp Policies

Class or Camp Changes
A $15 bookkeeping fee will be applied to any changes of class or camp weeks unless the switch is at the teacher's request. Pre-paid before and after care can be switched to another week with the $15 bookkeeping fee. 72 hours notice must be given for switching classes, camp weeks and before and after care. These fees may be waived if prior arrangements have been made with the Director.

Tuition Policies
Tuition is non-refundable. With a documented medical emergency, your account will be credited minus a $15 bookkeeping fee.. Notice must be given to EBDC prior to missed camp. Request for credit must be in writing with documentation.

Late Registration
We work to keep camp accessible by minimizing our costs. When a camper is registered late (less than 48 hours before the beginning of the camp week), this increases our staffing costs. Please help us keep camp affordable by registering on or before Friday of the week before camp starts. If you are unable to do this, we will charge you a 10% late fee. Thank you for understanding.

Additional Camp Days
You always have the option to add additional days to your existing camp enrollment.  Please note that you may only add days to an existing camp enrollement via your Parent Portal or by contacting us directly.  If you add additional days to camp week that is already in progress (the 'camp week' starts the Saturday before), that additional enrollment will be subject to the 10% late registration fee.

Before/After Care Policies

• 24 hour pre-registration and a valid credit or debit card on file is required to register for before/after care. 
• Emergency or drop in before or after care charged at $15/hour. Card on file will be charged that day.

What do I do now that my child is registered?

• You will receive a confirmation email with details about this camp session.
• Complete the Camp Emergency form.  This is how we gather important information in the unlikely event of an emergency during your camp session.
• Our caring, professional staff has many years of dance and teaching experience. We are sure your child will have wonderful time with us. Please contact us for further information.
• Parent references available upon request.

Camp Director

The Camp Director, Bonnie Sita, is Director of the East Bay Dance Center, holds a degree in Educational Psychology and has been teaching and directing young people's dance since 1975.
